Mission Sundays!
Every Month that has a 5th Sunday, our Cafe becomes a Missions Cafe. Pastor James and his wife Caley take over the cafe with some volunteers and make malted waffles on a 100 year old waffle iron! But that isn’t the best part! The best part is you! Every 5th Sunday, we take up special collections for certain missions, whether that is something local, national, or international!
This year (2023) so far we have had the wonderful opportunity to support the Voice of the Martyrs ministry by gathering supplies and packing together “Action Packs” that were then sent over seas. We also supported the local Union Mission (financially) located in Latrobe, PA. We were able to take up a massive food collection for the local food pantry (the Good Samaritan Center) and we took up a collection of items for the Blackburn Center. We would love to have you join us in our endeavor to help those around us!
Week of Hope!
New Kensington Here We Come! As important as it is to reach the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ, there’s no place to start like home! Our youth will be diving head first into a local mission trip here in our very own Westmoreland County! Join us as we prepare together to reach the lost at any cost with the Good News of Jesus Christ!
